• Click on Add File option to add the PST file that has to be converted.
  
  
• As you select the Add File button, click on Browse Button to browse the PST file for conversion.
  
  
• Choose the desired file for migration from an open window and click on Open button to proceed.
  
  
• Once all the files are loaded on the software, it displays its location. In case the PST file is highly corrupted, go for Advance scan to scan the PST files. Click on "Add File" option to preview.
  
  
• As you check in the option of Advance Scan, Software will start scanning of data and display all the details like file name, size and date of creation.
  
  
• Once scanning is done a message box will pop up to alert you completion of scanning.
  
  
• Now software will display the PST files and serve the different views for emails like Normal view, Hex view, Properties view and many more display in the screens.
  
  
• Select the items that you want to convert and then click on Export.
  
  
• As software offere various file format such as "EML, MSG, PDF, HTML, MHT, TXT. Document and vCard File format
  
  
• Use Date Filter to select the Date Range to export only the selected range data.
  
  
• Browse the location to save the resulted File.
  
  
• Click on "Export" option to start Conversion process option .
  
  
• Once completion is done an alert box will comes up that shows you the message of completion.
